1. Paper Roll PE Coated
This is the first step of disposable paper cups manufacturing.The paper rolls are either single or double wall coated with high quality PE film.
Our PE coating machines can coat the paper rolls evenly at high speed.The even and thick PE films coated
are key for the adherence of paper cup fans and prevention of paper cups leakage.
2. Paper Roll Printed
Custom design and logo could be printed on the paper rolls.
Our printing machine is well-known brand "EKOFA" flexo printig machine.We print the paper rolls with eco friendly water based ink ,up to six colours with satisfactory print effects.
3. Paper Fan Cut
The paper rolls are cut into paper cup fans through our automatic roll paper die-cutting machine.
Our roll paper die-cutting machine is up to date model which is fast,steady and precise.
4. Paper Cups Formed
